EP Motorcycles Award Winning Roadside & Recovery Assistance for Motorcyclists

EP Motorcycles have undertaken training in all motorcycle recovery requirements through the Institute of Vehicle Recovery, in order to become a PAS 43 accredited motorcycle recovery operator.

We are proud to work for all of the major motoring organisations and are therefore familiar with the individual operating requirements of each, which results in the job being conducted swiftly and efficiently.

Our base allows us quick access to the M3, M27, A31, A34, A35 & A36 primary routes in our area.

This gives us the ability to operate within a quick response time, to an area along the south coast from Portsmouth to Poole, including Fareham, Hedge End, Southampton, New Forest, Winchester, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford, Basingstoke, Romsey, Test Valley, Andover, Salisbury, Verwood, Ferndown, Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole.

We operate from fully equipped PAS 43 specification Mercedes Sprinter LWB recovery vehicles which include winching facilities, 2 x bump stops, a full width fold out ramp, plus all of the necessary equipment to recover accident damaged casualties. Inside the rear of the vehicles are provision to store the client's clothing and helmets for their comfort whilst travelling in the recovery vehicle.

Turbo Dispatch PDA's are supplied in each vehicle for quick and accurate communications between the club, control room and recovery driver.

Through our extensive range of contacts in our operating area we are also able to take a casualty bike to the dealer most suitable to conduct a quick and cost effective repair in order to get the client mobile, should it be a more convenient option for them.

As motorcyclists ourselves, we not only have the knowledge needed to deal with the customers scooter or motorcycle but also to empathise with the bikers themselves, thus giving them confidence that their bike is being handled by motorcycling professionals.
